Weed control is an important part of any new property. That is why the Lemhi County Planning and Zoning require the Lemhi County Weed Superintendent to sign off on new zoning requests. Lemhi County Weed Control also requires that each applicant submit a weed management plan. Depending on the size of the property, current weed infestation, location or other factors a weed management plan may be one page or 100 pages. There are no set rules about what a plan should look like. There is however a template whcih describes some important information that is needed within your plan and will help you identify key areas of emphasis. management plans will vary from person to person and property to property, but keep in mind the use of Integrated Pest Management  (IPM) practices. For help with IPM practices visit the following web site http://www.ag.uidaho.edu/ipm
